What is User-Centered Design (UCD)?

User-Centered Design is a design mode that takes the needs and experience of users as the center in the design process. Before starting the design, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of users, and to gain insight into the needs of users. After the design is completed, it must be evaluated whether the function and efficiency meet the user's expectations, and whether the interaction and operation of the product can be understood and controlled by the user. These contents should be deeply thought about and discussed from the user's point of view before and after the design. That is, user-centered design thinking.
