Usability testing is often used as a standard to test whether a website is well designed. The purpose is to first examine the existing websites and services, and what problems and obstacles users encounter in the operation process. According to the definition of international ISO 9241, usability refers to the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction that service users need to have in order to achieve a specific goal in a specific situation.

Usability guru Jakob Nielsen once wrote the basic framework of system usability, which pointed out that usability represents the ease and pleasant use of system service functions, and includes the elements of learnability, memorability, error avoidance, efficiency, and satisfaction. In short, whether users can meet the goals when using the services of the agency, whether the use situation and system framework are easy to learn, easy to remember, avoids errors, and is efficiennt, is usability.
